BUSINESS VISIT (زيارة أعمال) is applicable to All Positions.
Include: Executive Officer, Manager (All), Director, Partner, Business/Sales Consultant, Analyst, Advisor, Administrator, Technical Manager, Site Manager, Engineering Manager, Information Technology Manager, Services Manager, Sales supervisor, Marketing supervisor, Purchasing supervisor, Engineers, Technical Consultants, Accountants, Computer Programmers, Research Analysts, Coordinators, Technicians, Customer service Representative, Counsels/Lawyers, Designer Officers, & Financial Controller etc.
For activities like business meetings, attending conference, closing sales deal but NOT PERMITTED TO WORK.

In case of any unauthorized stay or found Working at Site, penalty up to 10,000 US $, deportation, future ban and jail term (case by case) will be applied from KSA government.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This form submission is limited to approval from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) only. All applicants are required to go through consular process at Saudi Embassy/Consulate in country of application.
Validity of the MOFA Approvals:
- Letter of Invitation LOI (Male applicants): 30 days (from the date of issue) to get the visa stamped from the Embassy/Consulate.
- Pre-Approved Visa (Female Applicants): 90 days (from the date of issue) to get the visa stamped from the Embassy/Consulate.
- Issuance of LOI does not guarantee the visa approval as visas are granted entirely at the discretion of Saudi embassies abroad.
For female applicants only Pre-approved Visa can be applied. The minimum age is 29 years and the decision will solely base on MOFA. In case of rejection, MOFA doesnt provide any explanation or clarification.
Total fees paid to Silberson doesnt include any consular process in application country.
Please ensure your travel plan is intact and above information is correct before submission; one an LOI is issued, then any rejections from the Embassy will incur 50% of the LOI fee.
All submitted requests are subject to atleast 50% as Admin fee.

IMPORTANT NOTICE (UPDATED):

Pilgrimage like Umrah/Haj is not allowed and the violator may face penalty, deportation and future ban.
It is traveler’s own responsibility to keep the track of his visa expires and any overstays and to make himself aware of KSA laws and regulation to avoid any kind of criminal charges or future bans.
In case of any unauthorized overstays or other violation of visa like working on Businesses Visa, penalty up to 10,000 US $, deportation, future ban and jail term (case by case) will be applied from KSA government.
